Eric Eisbrenner, CMA, CFA, Senior Associate

Eric Eisbrenner has extensive experience in start-ups, business turn-arounds, mergers, divestitures, business development and strategic planning. He specializes in corporate finance for small to medium-sized business in both the private and publicly listed domains. Prior to joining Evans & Evans, Inc., Eric served as Vice President of Corporate Finance for two broker/dealers in Western Canada. Eric is a Certified Management Accountant and has been a member of the Society of Management Accountants of British Columbia since 1974. He has completed his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
