Transaction: Boeing completed the transaction by acquiring Tapestry, which became a wholly owned, non-fully integrated subsidiary of Boeing.

Role of Evans & Evans: Evans & Evans, Inc. acted as the Lead Advisor to Tapestry over the period March 2007 to November 2008, providing services including:

  • Performing due diligence and valuation analysis on Tapestry
  • Preparing packaging documents including business plans and corporate presentations
  • Advising on potential deal structures and negotiating terms of the transaction
  • Managing the closing of the transaction including liaising with lawyers, accountants, and other professionals
