A Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Chartered Business Valuator (Level I), David has been recognized by the International Business Brokers Association with the Chairman's Circle Award and the Outstanding Producer Award.
David brings a cross-border dimension to transactions, bridging Asian strategic acquirers and investors with North American supply chain assets. He advises in both English and Mandarin, and draws on earlier career experience at multinational corporations across Asia-Pacific.
David holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal and a PhD in International Law from China University of Political Science and Law.
