John Meekison is a veteran investment banker who specialized in both the life sciences and technology sectors at Haywood Securities Inc., Dlouhy Merchant Group Inc., and Pacific International Securities Inc. (now PI Financial Corp.). As a financier, John raised equity capital for several biotechnology and technology companies in both Canada and the United States. He has also acted as the Chief Financial Officer for a TSX-listed company developing a novel clinical diagnostic platform, where he supervised all public reporting, accounting, and finance functions.
John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is a graduate of CPA, CMA strategic management program and a certified Investment Manager and Professional Logistician.
