Megha is a results-oriented finance and valuation professional with close to 10 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Evans & Evans, Megha worked with Duff and Phelps Corporation (Kroll Valuation Advisory Services), DMI Finance Pvt Ltd. and S&P Capital IQ. She has built up significant expertise in diverse areas including intangibles asset valuation, business valuation, distressed asset valuation and employee stock option plans and commercial and retail credit lending. Megha is proficient in utilizing financial analytic and business intelligence platforms like Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, Factiva and LexisNexis.
Megha holds a Master’s degree in Finance Analysis from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance from the New Delhi Institute of Management. Megha is pursuing the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
